Savouries and pre dinner drinks to match your menu choice are available. Price on application.

.Linen

Retro recommends a touch of colour and can provide many options. (Price on application) Black drop cloths, white paper table coverings and disposable napkins are included in the standard menu pricing for round tables. Additional linen charges apply for the Grand Dining Table, unless otherwise indicated in sample menu / quote.

Candelabras may be included in sample menu / quote. Additional candelabras are available at $35.00 each.

 
.Flowers

 Retro provides artistic and interesting centre pieces using decorative urns of fruits and vegetables. Additional flowers will be charged at cost.

.Entertainment

Retro reserves the right to book all entertainment for the function based on your specifications unless alternative arrangements are made. DJ / Musicians meals provided at additional cost. Retro would be happy to organise and coordinate extra lighting, decorations, entertainment or musicians depending on your requirements. For corporate functions, audio visual equipment and microphones can be provided. All entertainment is to cease by 12 midnight Monday to Saturday and by 11.00pm on Sunday.

 
.Dietary Requirements & Considerations
 


We can accommodate all dietary requirements. Kosher meals available from separate registered kitchen.

 
.Room Configuration
 
Room measures approximately 6.7metres x 23 metres, with the lowest point of the
pitched roof being 4 metres.
 
.Table Configuration
 
The Grand Dining Table is 1.7 metres wide and can seat from 40 to 70 guests. Maximum seating is 12 tables x 8 guests (96).

 
.Room Hire
 
Quoted menus include room hire for 5 hours. Longer functions available at additional
cost.
